Coal storage system
Overview
This is a belt conveyor that transports coal from the coal transport vessel to the coal storage area, and from there to the boiler, at a coal-fired power plant.
Features
These products feature superior durability and have been delivered to thermal power plants in many regions.
We will also propose systems that include environmental measures such as wind-shielding fences to prevent scattering of dust, long buildings, and silos.
Vertical and steep angle conveyors
Overview
These conveyors use two belts to sandwich the coal or other powder and transport it vertically or at a steep angle.
They are used to transport a wide range of raw materials that support Japanese industry, including transport of coal to large boilers, and transport of iron ore or silica sand.
Features
The belt conveyor itself is vertical or at a steep angle, minimizing the transport equipment space when compared with ordinary conveyors.
Because the transported materials are sandwiched while transported, this prevents the scattering of dust.
Yard machinery
Overview
These products include stackers that stack coal, iron ore, or other materials in the yard, reclaimers that withdraw them, and stacker-reclaimers that provide the functions of both.
Features
A stacker can be operated remotely and automatically from a control room.
There are two types of reclaimers, a manually operated type that is manned in a control cabin, and a semi-automatic type.
Our stackers achieve capacity of 3,300 t/h, while our reclaimers achieve 8,000 t/h.
