Privacy Policy
1. Policy for protection of personal information
- Observe the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations that apply to personal information, comply with practices related to the handling of personal information that are generally recognized as fair and correct, and handle personal information appropriately. Also strive to improve such handling as appropriate.
- Make clear regulations related to the handling of personal information, and thoroughly communicate them to employees. Request that suppliers and other related companies also handle personal information appropriately.
- When acquiring personal information, identify the purposes of use, and provide notice of or disclose them, and handle personal information in accordance with the purposes of use.
- Enact the necessary measures and perform appropriate management in order to prevent personal information leakage, loss, unauthorized modification, or other issues.
- The designated office shall accept requests from individual customers for disclosure, correction, deletion, or discontinuation of use regarding the personal information in the possession of the company, and shall respond in good faith.
2. Purposes of use
The Company may contract a portion of its operations and provide personal information within the necessary range to the contractor for the purpose of smoothly carrying out the Company’s operations. In such case, the Company shall conclude an agreement related to the handling with these business partners, and shall carry out appropriate supervision.
